WHY RESTRING?

Restrings are obviously needed if you break a string on your racket. However so many people go out and buy an expensive new racket and then head straight onto court… spoiler alert: you will not be getting the most out of your racket!

It’s your strings that make contact with the ball (most of the time!), and there are various different string and tension options that can offer:

more power
more control
increased spin
greater durability
more comfort (including helping with tennis elbow)

We have a wide range of string available and are on hand to give you expert advice on finding the perfect string to benefit your game.

Strings also lose tension as you play - the more you play, the more often you should get your racket restrung to get the most out of it. In general, it is recommended that you string your racket in a year, the number of times you play a week - play twice a week? Get it strung twice a year.
